What is the PW Mark?
The PW Mark is a certification scheme administered by the Tripartite Partners — the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). It recognises employers who have committed to implementing the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) and the Local Qualifying Salary (LQS) for their workers.
